INGREDIENTS

  • 4 sugar cubes
  • 40ml Créme de Cassis
  • 360ml Moët & Chandon champagne, chilled

METHOD

Add 10ml Créme de Cassis to each of the four Le Creuset Champagne Flutes.

Top up each flute with 90ml Moët & Chandon champagne and serve immediately.
