I AM NEW TO LE CREUSET. WHAT IS THE BEST PIECE TO PURCHASE TO START MY COLLECTION?

This depends on the type of cooking you usually do. Our enamelled cast iron casserole is our most popular product for a reason. It is exceptionally versatile, durable, produces superior results, and comes in many sizes. For searing and sautéing, stainless steel is a popular choice. For everyday ease of use, you might like our non-stick cookware. And for baking, stoneware is a good choice. However, you will find that each product line is extremely versatile and suited to several methods of cooking, and all are part of a well-stocked kitchen. HOW DO I KNOW LE CREUSET WILL NOT DISCONTINUE A COLOUR ONCE I START COLLECTING COOKWARE IN THAT COLOUR?

As the leader in colourful cookware, we keep our most iconic colours always available. But we also like to introduce new trend-setting colours as well. Our design-forward approach results in some of the most sought-after shades in cookware. We will occasionally retire colours. However, they may be found for some time afterwards on this website and in some retail stores. We also feel that other Le Creuset colours can create an appealing colour combination. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER PLACED ONLINE?

After we approve your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with an anticipated delivery date. A delivery confirmation email will be sent when the merchandise has left our fulfilment centre. Track your shipment through the RAM website using the tracking number provided in your delivery confirmation email.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We hope that you carefully consider your purchase before finalising it at checkout, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with the item you receive. Online orders are processed quickly; to cancel an order please call our Customer Services team at 0800 014 886 as soon as possible and we will attempt a cancellation. We offer Click & Collect as an option. Orders will be processed and ready for collection within 1-4 working days.

In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped from our fulfilment centre within three business days of the order's approval. With the exception of public holidays, orders placed after 2:00 PM usually ship in 48 hours. Please refer to your delivery confirmation email for delivery details. Our fulfilment centre does not process orders on public holidays.

All orders are subject to credit approval before they can be fulfilled.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Products must be returned in their original packaging, in a saleable condition and accompanied by the original tax invoice, within 30 days of purchase. HOW DO I PURCHASE OR REDEEM A GIFT VOUCHER ONLINE?

You may purchase an e-Gift Voucher here. Gift vouchers purchased on lecreuset.co.za are redeemable online. To redeem, insert your voucher number in the relevant field when viewing your cart.

I PURCHASED A GIFT VOUCHER FOR SOMEONE. HOW DO I KNOW IT WAS DELIVERED?

When your e-Gift voucher is emailed to the recipient, you will receive an email confirmation stating your order has been delivered. The voucher will be sent to the email address specified at checkout.

HOW DO I DETERMINE A GIFT VOUCHER BALANCE?

When you receive an e-gift voucher, you will receive an email with information regarding its balance. Until you make a purchase that equals the amount on the gift voucher, the balance will remain on the card for future use. Visit the Gift Voucher page to view the balance of your voucher.

DO GIFT VOUCHERS EXPIRE?

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years.

CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT IF MY GIFT VOUCHER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

HOW DO I CREATE A REGISTRY WITH LE CREUSET?

Le Creuset's registry is powered by MyRegistry.com. Simply provide some basic information and create a username and password. This username and password is separate from your Le Creuset customer login. However, feel free to use the same information if you'd like. You may log in either through lecreuset.com's registry page, or on MyRegistry.com.

WHY CAN'T I FIND MY NEW REGISTRY IN THE REGISTRY SEARCH BOX?

After you create your registry, you will receive a confirmation email from MyRegistry.com to complete your account. Only a completed account can be found in the search box. If you have completed your account and it still is not searchable, please check your settings to make sure your registry is not set to "Private."

HOW DO I SHARE MY LE CREUSET REGISTRY?

Begin by logging in to your account. Under "Announce Your Registry" you will see multiple ways of sharing your registry.

HOW DO I ADD A DELIVERY ADDRESS TO MY REGISTRY?

Once logged in to your account, click the My Settings tab. You can enter your address in your profile information. Once you add delivery information, it will display for your website visitors when they click "Delivery Info" at the top of your registry.

HOW DO I DELETE A GIFT I ADDED TO MY REGISTRY?

Under the Manage Gifts tab, check the small box next to the gift(s) you would like to delete. Then click the "Delete" button above your gift list.

HOW DO I RESTORE A GIFT THAT IS MARKED AS "PURCHASED" ON MY REGISTRY?

You can easily make an item available again for purchase under the Manage Gifts tab. Just locate the item that you wish to make available again and click the link "Make Available Again."

CAN SOMEONE BUY FROM MY REGISTRY IN A LE CREUSET STORE?

Yes, guests can easily purchase items locally in a Le Creuset store. They must let the store associate know they are purchasing from a registry, so that the item may be marked as "Purchased" on the gift list.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF ITEMS I'VE PICKED ARE NO LONGER IN STOCK?

If an item on your registry is no longer in stock, you will see the message "unavailable." To remove the out-of-stock item from your registry, click "Delete this item from my gift list."
