Delivery Policies

Le Creuset delivers to addresses within South Africa and certain African Countries.
Merchandise will only be sent to valid street addresses.
Delivery to multiple locations from a single order is currently not available.
Multiple items ordered at the same time may not always be delivered together. Your delivery confirmation email will have tracking numbers for each delivery related to an order.
Weekend and holiday delivery are not available.
For orders not qualifying for special delivery offers, delivery charges will be based on the total merchandise amount. A detailed list of standard delivery fees by order value is available here.

Order Processing Time

In-stock merchandise is usually processed and delivered from our fulfilment centre within three business days of the order's approval. With the exception of holidays, orders placed after 2:00 PM usually ship the next business day. Please refer to your delivery confirmation email for delivery details. The LeCreuset.co.za fulfilment centre does not process orders on public holidays.

All orders are subject to credit approval before they can be fulfilled.

Delivery Time

Le Creuset orders within South Africa will be delivered within 1-5 working days. For Delivery to countries in Africa, excluding South Africa, your delivery estimate is calculated at checkout.

All delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed by le Creuset. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact the courier with the tracking number in your delivery confirmation email.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After Le Creuse approves your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with an anticipated delivery date. A delivery confirmation email will be sent when the merchandise has left our fulfilment centre. Track your delivery through the courier website using the tracking number provided in your delivery confirmation email.

Damage or Loss During Delivery

Please refer to the tracking number in your delivery confirmation email and contact us at online.za@lecreuset.com regarding any problems with your delivery.
