Quick Fridge Cheesecakes
- 6 digestive biscuits, crumbed
- 15ml sugar
- 30ml melted butter
- 1 x 379g tin of condensed milk
- 250g cream cheese
- 60ml lemon juice
- Red seedless grapes
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- Caster sugar
In a small bowl, mix the biscuit crumbs, sugar and melted butter together. Spoon into Le Creuset Heart-Shaped Mugs. Place the condensed milk and cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat until smooth with a balloon whisk. Add lemon juice and mix well. Spoon into the mugs and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour or until set.
Brush the grapes with egg white. Dip into caster sugar and make sure all the grapes are covered. Place on a plate and let stand until the sugar has hardened. Decorate the cheesecakes with grapes and blackberries.
