Where can I find details of my nearest store?

What can I order online?

You can order from the full range of products that are available in our online store. Should a product temporarily be out of stock, it will reflect as such and you will not be able to add it to your cart. 

What are my payment options?

We have various payment options available when you check out. These include: Credit Cards, EFT, MasterPass, SID (Secure Internet Deposit), eBucks and Le Creuset Gift Cards. For more information, click here.

Do you offer credit or laybys?

No, we operate on a cash sales basis only.

Is it safe to shop with you?

We know that security is very important when buying online, so we use the latest technology to ensure that all your personal and credit card details are fully protected and remain completely confidential. Our online transactions are managed by PayGate, a highly reputable third party company that is 100% safe. PayGate is endorsed by all major South African banks, as well as by Visa and Mastercard.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer countrywide free delivery to any location within South Africa, and there is no minimum qualifying spend.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to customers who live within South Africa and Namibia.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Our warehouse is not open to the public and orders cannot be collected directly from this location.

Which courier service do you use?

Our deliveries are facilitated by UTi, a leading local courier.

Where is my order?

You can track your order online by visiting www.go2uti.co.za, then clicking on the 'Tracking' button whereupon you will be prompted to enter the waybill number received from us. The status of your order will be shown. Please note that deliveries generally take 3 - 4 working days, dependant on your location.

Can I return an order?

Yes, should you wish to return anything bought from us online, please call our National Sharecall Number on 086 177 3321 or email online.za@lecreuset.com and we will gladly assist you.

How long do I have to return a product?

Products need to be returned in their original packaging, in a saleable condition and accompanied by the original tax invoice, within 30 days of purchase. Should a product be found to be defective after this period, it can still be returned subject to each product’s respective warranty.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer cash refunds – you will be refunded via a Le Creuset Gift Card to the equivalent value.

What if I receive the wrong product, or the product is not as described?

This should not happen. Please email online.za@lecreuset.com - we will arrange to collect the item from you, investigate what went wrong, and promptly send you the correct product.

What if I'm looking for something that I can't find on the website?

Please send an email to info@lecreuset.co.za and we will see if we can source it for you.

How can I find out when a product will be back in stock?

It is often difficult to say with certainty when products will be back in stock, so we advise you to call our National Sharecall Number on 086 177 3321 and leave your details so that we can contact you once the product is back in stock. Alternatively, please use our Stores page to see which Le Creuset boutique stores and stockists are closest to you. You will then be placed on a waiting list for the product and notified once it arrives.

How do I place a corporate order?
