Delivery Information

 
If you have made an online credit card payment, your order will be dispatched immediately.

If you have made an EFT payment, we will dispatch your order once your payment has been received.

We send all orders with our selected courier company, DSV, at no charge to you.

Orders being delivered to Cape Town and surrounding areas are delivered within 1-2 working day after payment is received.

Orders being delivered to Gauteng and surrounding areas are delivered within 3 days after payment is received.

Orders being delivered to Durban and surrounding areas are delivered within 4 working day after payment is received.

On dispatch we will email you the waybill number, which can be tracked online by selecting the following link www.go2uti.co.za, then click on the 'Tracking' button where you will be prompted to enter the waybill number received from us.

 

Please note deliveries generally take 3 -4 working days. 

 

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: Please note our courier service does not deliver on public holidays, which may cause a delay in receiving your order. To find out if your order will be delivered in time, please email online.za@lecreuset.com.
