Signature Round Casserole
There’s a reason our Signature Round Casserole is a best-seller, and has been for almost 100 years. With its perfected design, it’s an indispensable favourite of both home cooks and professional chefs alike. The everyday versatility and wide variety of sizes make it an all-around favourite for just about any kitchen task – from slow-cooking stews to roasting meats and vegetables, and even to baking bread. We especially like it for one-pot meals that start on the stove, finish in the oven and go straight to the table for effortlessly elegant serving.
Signature Oval Casserole
If you like to cook longer cuts of meat, the Signature Oval Casserole might be just what you need. With its slightly wider and shallower profile, this pot naturally mirrors the shape of these cuts and allows plenty of room for air to circulate around the meat for even cooking and a crispy golden brown crust. The oval shape is also ideal for baking oval-shaped loaves of bread, meal prepping, and even smoking meats. Or use it as we do to perfectly roast whole chickens, ducks and even turkey.
Signature Shallow Casserole
Crafted from premium Cast Iron and finished with a colourful glaze, the Signature Shallow Casserole is as versatile kitchen staple that can be used in the oven and on all stovetops, including induction. With its large flat shape and shallow sides, this casserole is perfect for browning meat and vegetables, simmering casseroles, stir frying and baking. It enhances caramelisation, for moreish mouthfuls.
Signature Soup Pot
Versatile for more than just soup, the generous size and depth of the Signature Soup Pot make this the ideal vessel for stews, pastas, braising and even baking. It has sloped sides to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of stirring by promoting continuous movement, and the depth provides ample room for simmering. Our favourite use for this vessel is for meal prep and family-style gatherings. The large loop handles are designed for easy lifting and provide a steady grip when transferring a full pot from stove to table.
Signature Sauteuse
Another popular shape is our Sauteuse – a cross between a deep sauté pan or fry pan. The curved base and lower sides make it ideal for whisking sauces, tossing stir-fries, stirring and serving bubbling casseroles from stove to oven to table. The sloped sides make stirring more efficient and effective. We’ve found that this makes it especially useful for rice and grain dishes that require constant stirring (like risotto and polenta), and for making roux-based recipes and sauces. But it’s also great for one-pot meals, desserts, shallow frying and more.
