INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a Le Creuset Toughened Non-Stick 26cm Shallow Frying Pan over medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil. Season the salmon and place them skin-side down into the hot pan. Cook for 4 minutes, flip and cook for 30 seconds until just done and the skin is crispy. Serve with steamed greens, wild rice and a good squeeze of lemon or lime juice. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season to taste. Garnish with micro coriander or greens and serve.
