Products need to be returned in their original packaging, in a saleable condition and accompanied by the original tax invoice, within 30 days of purchase. Should a product be found to be defective after this period, it can still be returned subject to each product’s respective warranty.
A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
The available options are dependent on the reason for the return, and include the following:
Exchange – You can request an exchange if you’d like a different size and/or colour of the same product; or if you would like to exchange for a completely different product. Where there is a substantial price difference in a product exchange, a Le Creuset Gift Card will be given for the price difference.
Replacement – If you have received a product in a defective or damaged condition, you may request a replacement product.
Refund – We do not offer cash refunds – you will be credited with a Le Creuset Gift Card to the equivalent value. In line with the Consumer Protection Act, please note that we are under no obligation to refund a product that is not faulty.
You are not required to ship the items back to us. We will personally collect the items being returned at no cost to you.
Once received by our warehouse, your return request will be processed within 2-3 working days.
