About Our Knob Collection
Similar to how the perfect piece of jewelry puts the finishing touches on an outfit, Le Creuset knobs add a touch of elegance and polish to complete your kitchen décor. Currently available in either metal or black phenolic materials, you can find just what you need to create a statement piece or an attractive accent. Match the knobs on your cookware to the other fixtures in your kitchen for a streamlined look, or mix and match the materials and finishes for a more modern approach.
All of our metal knobs are crafted from durable brushed stainless steel that complements nickel, chrome, stainless and black appliances and fixtures. Other knobs in the collection are further enhanced with a decorative metallic finish in fashion-forward tones, such as gold and copper. Some of our favourite ways to bring these colours into the kitchen is to pair Agave or White with a striking Signature Light Gold Knob, or Caribbean or Sea Salt with the rich tones of a Signature Copper Knob.
The latest addition to our knob collection is the Iridescent Knob – the innovative opalescent finish is applied in a way that ensures that every knob is unique. This prism-like effect perfectly complements the entire rainbow of colours in the Le Creuset cookware palette. But we especially like to pair the Iridescent Knob with timeless White for a stylish modern look.
Note that our Signature Stainless Steel knobs are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. But for the metallic and iridescent finished knobs, special-edition or figural-shaped knobs, we recommend handwashing to keep the finish beautiful for years to come. Either way, all metal knobs are oven-safe up to 260°C.
Phenolic knobs are crafted from dishwasher-safe and heat-resistant black phenolic resin for a classic look that pairs with any colour and kitchen. The phenolic knobs are available in both our Signature and Classic collections, with the main difference being their oven-safe temperatures. The Signature phenolic knobs are oven-safe up to 250°C, while the Classic knobs are oven-safe up to 190°C. Wondering how to tell the difference between the two phenolic knobs?
