Generous Depth and Wide Surface Area
The Signature Everyday Pan has a generous capacity that is deeper than a braiser to contain liquids and food while cooking, and help prevent splatters on the stovetop for easy cleanup. This purpose-built shape also has a wide surface area similar to a fry or sauté pan for searing and browning meats and vegetables without crowding. This means you can get a perfect caramelised golden-brown sear on a steak, and then use the fond on the bottom of the pan to make a delicious sauce right in the same pan.
Slightly Curved Sides and Sturdy Loop Handles
With slightly curved sides, the Signature Everyday Pan is ideal for making rouxs and sauces because there are no sharp corners that are difficult to access. Durable Black Satin Enamel
The interior surface of the pan is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. The enamel surface minimises sticking and staining, and is specially formulated to enhance cooking performance. Over time, the enamel will develop a natural patina making it virtually nonstick and easier to maintain and clean.
