Baked Artichoke & Anchovy Dip with Crusty Bread

• 250 g cream cheese
• 250 g sour cream
• 100 g grated mature cheddar
• 100 g mozzarella
• 1 tin artichokes, chopped
• 2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 baguette
• Parsley

Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, chopped artichokes, finely chopped anchovies and garlic until well combined.

Transfer to skillet, top with extra cheese and bake at 190°C for 20–25 minutes until bubbling.

Bake sliced baguette in the casserole until crisp.

Sprinkle dip with parsley and serve.
