This roaster with roasting rack is ideal for roasting meat, vegetables and poultry. 3-ply Stainless Steel heats evenly and gently throughout the pan without hot spots, while space-saving upright handles make the roaster easier to lift. The non-stick rack allows oil and meat juices to drip into the roaster, which can be used for a delicious gravy or discarded for a lower-fat result. 3-ply multi-layering tech: premium-grade stainless steel and aluminium are bonded together to form a 3-layer material that spreads heat evenly and gently through the entire pan. The material is characterized by fast, even heat distribution and is particularly suitable for the “everyday kitchen”.
Le Creuset stainless steel is three layers: Titanium-infused stainless steel on the interior and exterior, plus a full base-to-rim aluminum core for superior heat distribution.
Gentle use of metal utensils is fine, but we recommend silicone or wood utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
The hollow handles will remain cool on the stovetop. However, the handles will become hot when used in the oven.
