The innovative design of the Round Wide Oven with Baker Lid combines the functionality and versatility of a wide Casserole with a lid that doubles as a sheet pan or baking dish. It’s essentially two pans in one. Use them together to roast, bake, braise and more, or use them separately for any number of recipes. Both pans are expertly crafted from our legendary enamelled cast iron for exceptional heat distribution and retention for superior culinary results, and the porcelain enamel requires no seasoning, minimises sticking and is dishwasher-safe.

Le Creuset Cast Iron is enamelled, and therefore does not require seasoning like traditional raw cast iron.
A good rule of thumb is one litre per serving. If you typically prepare four servings, a vessel of four litres or more should be sufficient.
