INGREDIENTS

1 cup sugar
1 vanilla pod, split lengthwise
400g fresh strawberries, chopped
400g fresh cherries, pitted
1/2 cup water
750ml rosé wine

To serve:

Ice
750ml sparkling water OR sparkling wine

RECIPE NOTES

Add a touch of sparkle to your festive celebrations with this refreshing Sparkling Berry & Rosé Punch. Bursting with the vibrant flavours of mixed berries and the delicate notes of rosé wine, this punch is the perfect blend of sweet and bubbly. It's an ideal drink to serve at holiday gatherings, bringing a festive cheer to every sip. Garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves for an extra festive touch.

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugar, vanilla, strawberries, cherries and water in a Le Creuset Oval Santa Cast Iron Casserole. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Cover and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat, pour in the Rosé, then set aside to cool to room temperature.
When ready to serve, add ice, scoop into serving glasses, and then top with sparkling water or sparkling wine.
