White Chocolate Bark
- 400g white chocolate
- 150g almonds, roughly chopped and toasted
- 15ml Maldon seasalt
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave until smooth. Thinly and evenly spread the chocolate over the prepared baking sheet using a palette knife. Sprinkle with the chopped toasted almonds and sea salt. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Break into shards and serve.
