White Chocolate Bark

Despite the fact that making it requires almost zero finesse (it is so quick to make that this is a brilliant last-minute gift solution), White Chocolate Bark looks utterly fabulous served in a Le Creuset Large Spice Jar.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g white chocolate
  • 150g almonds, roughly chopped and toasted
  • 15ml Maldon seasalt

METHOD

Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave until smooth. Thinly and evenly spread the chocolate over the prepared baking sheet using a palette knife. Sprinkle with the chopped toasted almonds and sea salt. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Break into shards and serve.
