- ½ watermelon, balled
- ¼ sweet melon, balled
- ¼ orange melon, balled
- 1 litre sparkling lemonade or sparkling water, to serve
- Ice, to serve
- Edible flowers, to serve
- Fresh mint, to serve
Cube and deseed ¼ of the watermelon, blitz in a blender until smooth and strain. Chill until needed.
Using a melon baller, ball the remaining watermelon and the other melons. Add the balls and mint to the Le Creuset Sorbet Collection Dessert Bowls. Pour over the blended watermelon and top up with sparkling water or lemonade, ice, and a few edible flowers.
