Spiced White Hot Chocolate
- 120g white chocolate
- 200ml cream
- 400ml milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
In a saucepan, bring the milk and cream to the boil with the star of anise and cinnamon, stirring with a whisk.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the white chocolate, broken up into pieces. Stir until melted.
Pour into Le Creuset Giant Cappuccino Mugs and serve straight away.
If you wish, top with whipped cream and cinnamon powder for extra embellishment.
