- 12 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- Salt and pepper
- 30g dill
- 100g smoked salmon
- 125g crème fraiche
In a large jug beat together the eggs and milk and season well with salt and pepper.
Chop up ¾ of the dill and add to the egg mixture.
Pour half of the egg mixture into a skillet and place in the oven for 10 minutes or until egg are about to set.
Remove from oven and place salmon and dollops of crème fraiche on top. Cover with the remaining egg mixture and place in the oven until set and golden brown.
Garnish with the remaining dill and serve hot.
