- 1 large pineapple
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 2 juice oranges
- 20g ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 small red chilli pepper
- 10 pink peppercorns
- 1 vanilla bean
- 2 Tbsp. thyme honey or another honey of your choice
Peel and slice the pineapple into large chunks, retaining the core, then place in a blender.
Using a Le Creuset Citrus Juicer, juice the lemon, lime and oranges.
Add the juice together with the rest of the ingredients into the blender, and blend until smooth.
Allow to stand for 2 hours so that all the flavours have time to develop. Pour the juice into a tall glass chilled with ice and enjoy.
