Pineapple Booster

Fresh pineapple juice is full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that the body needs. This deliciously refreshing drink also features all the health benefits of spice!

  • 1 large pineapple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 2 juice oranges
  • 20g ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small red chilli pepper
  • 10 pink peppercorns
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 Tbsp. thyme honey or another honey of your choice


Peel and slice the pineapple into large chunks, retaining the core, then place in a blender.

Using a Le Creuset Citrus Juicer, juice the lemon, lime and oranges.

Add the juice together with the rest of the ingredients into the blender, and blend until smooth.

Allow to stand for 2 hours so that all the flavours have time to develop. Pour the juice into a tall glass chilled with ice and enjoy.
