Mint & Lemon Iced Green Tea

A healthy alternative to sugary drinks is to make batches of this tasty green tea, topped with fresh lemon and mint. The perfect liquid refreshment for humid summer days!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 green tea bags
  • 1 litre of water
  • 1 lemon
  • a handful of fresh mint
  • ice

METHOD

Boil 1 litre of water.

Pop two green tea bags into a large jug and fill with the boiling water. Leave to cool.

Remove the tea bags.

Add in a few slices of fresh lemon and a handful of fresh mint.

Serve chilled with plenty of ice.
