INGREDIENTS

  • 4g fresh mint leaves
  • 360g frozen blueberries
  • 180g strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 200ml plain yoghurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 9 ice cubes

METHOD

Place all the ingredients in a large jug blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
