- 1 x 400ml can of coconut milk
- 1 cup milk
- A sprinkle of turmeric to taste
- 2 cinnamon quills
- 1 star anise
- 1 – 2 Tbsp maple syrup
Combine the ingredients in a Le Creuset saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Strain into a Le Creuset Metallics 350ml mug and enjoy with a cap of foamy milk and a sprinkle of turmeric.
