Latte Trio: Beetroot and Rose Trio

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plant-based milk or full cream milk
- 1 tsp beetroot powder or 2 tsp beetroot & rose latte powder
- A drop of rose water
- Edible rose buds, to garnish
METHOD
Combine the ingredients in a Le Creuset saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Strain into a Le Creuset Metallics 350ml mug and enjoy with a cap of foamy milk and a sprinkle of beetroot powder and edible rose buds.
