INGREDIENTS

  • 250g smooth cream cheese, room temperature
  • 6 radishes, finely grated
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 90g hot smoked trout/salmon, flaked finely

METHOD

Mix together all ingredients except for the trout/ salmon.

Flake in the salmon/trout gently just before serving and fold into the rest of the mixture, keeping some aside for garnish.
