- 250g smooth cream cheese, room temperature
- 6 radishes, finely grated
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 90g hot smoked trout/salmon, flaked finely
Mix together all ingredients except for the trout/ salmon.
Flake in the salmon/trout gently just before serving and fold into the rest of the mixture, keeping some aside for garnish.
