Hot Oysters with Juniper Branches
- 12 fleshy oysters
- 2 fresh juniper branches
- 1 glass of water
After washing the juniper branches, use them to line the bottom of the pot.
Layer the oysters on top of the branches (cook 3 or 4 at a time).
Drizzle with a glass of water to allow for braising.
Heat the pot over a low/medium heat and continue boiling for 1 minute.
