- 3 eggs
- 200ml vegetable oil
- 230g plain flour
- 10g fresh yeast or 5g dried yeast
- 40ml single cream
- 100ml milk
- 125g Camembert cut into small dice
- 125g boiled ham, cut into small dice
- 125g Gruyère cheese, cut into small dice or grated
- Freshly ground pepper
- Pinch of salt
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/Gas Mark 4.
Beat the eggs, add the vegetable oil and flour and mix together.
Add the fresh yeast, cream and milk, mix well, then stir in the Camembert, ham and Gruyère. Season with a good twist of pepper and a pinch of salt.
Pour the mixture into the loaf tin and bake for 40 minutes.
