Grilled Tuna Kebabs
- 300g shrimp, peeled and deveined (retain the tails)
- 700g tuna
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Cut the tuna into cubes of approx. 2cm x 2cm.
Assemble the skewers, alternating shrimp and tuna cubes.
Drizzle with soy sauce and set aside for 15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick grill or plancha, add a little bit of oil and brown the skewers on all sides to your desired doneness.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, toasted beforehand.
