INGREDIENTS

  • 2 green-tea teabags
  • 2 tsp raw honey
  • Zest and 2 slices of 1 lemon

METHOD

Pour 360ml boiling water into a large teapot. Stir in the honey, lemon zest and lemon slices. Pass through a strainer and serve hot.
