INGREDIENTS

  • 4 white pearl onions
  • 4 baby carrots
  • 200g new potatoes
  • 4 new turnips
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

METHOD

Peel, wash and dry the vegetables.

Melt butter with oil in the pan over a low/medium heat.

Stirring regularly, fry the vegetables until golden.
