Bruschetta with Ash Cheese and Pink Peppercorns
- 4 slices ciabatta
- 1x chèvre roue goat’s milk cheese
- 1 tsp pink peppercorns, crushed
- Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
Place a Le Creuset Signature Square Skillet Grill over very high heat. Once the pan is smoking, toast the ciabatta slices on each side until charred.
Spread chèvre roue goat’s milk cheese over the warm slices.
Sprinkle pink peppercorns over the cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
