- 100g blueberries
- 100g strawberries, chopped
- 100g raspberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 50ml water
Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and allow to simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce has reduced slightly.
Pour into a serving jug and allow to cool completely before serving on vanilla ice cream.
