Baked Muesli and Chia Yoghurt

This easy breakfast can kick-start any day with its healthy dose of natural, nutritious superfoods. When exposed to yoghurt, the chia seeds expand in thickness – leaving you feeling fuller and full of energy!

  • 100g oats
  • 50g raw cashew nuts
  • 50g raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 5 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 cups natural yoghurt
  • Dried or fresh strawberries, to serve (optional)


Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix all the ingredients together except the chia seeds and yoghurt.

Place on a baking tray and smooth out. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Allow to cool.

To make the chia seed yoghurt, mix together and leave for 12 hours or overnight in the fridge.

Layer the muesli and yoghurt in a Le Creuset Cereal Bowl and top with dried or fresh strawberries if you like.
