A Le Creuset Gift Registry makes it easy to choose all the gifts you really want, without any of the unnecessary guesswork for your guests. To ensure a hassle-free experience, we’ve answered some of the most commonly asked questions about this bespoke and convenient service below.
How do I set up my registry?
A registry can be created from the comfort of your home, by logging into the Le Creuset website and clicking ‘Start a Registry’ button on our registry home page. If you have not used the site before, you will first need to register an account. For help, see our step-by-step guide to setting up your registry. Our boutique stores are also able to assist with creating a registry. They will provide you with login details so that you are still able to manage your registry at home.
What if I do not know my delivery date/address when creating my registry?
You can still select a date and delivery address for the time being, and then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish us to change any of this information further down the line.
How does delivery work and is there a cost?
Gifts can either be taken directly from the store by guests upon purchase or they can request delivery. Delivery will take place to your requested address on your requested date, and is free of charge throughout South Africa – there are no hidden costs.
Can I edit the items on my registry? How?
Add and remove items from your registry by logging into your profile and visiting your registry manager page (a small red gift box icon in the top right-hand corner). Select the registry you would like to manage and use the ‘Remove’ button to take off the items you no longer want. Add products by browsing our website and clicking the ‘Add to Registry’ button when you see something you like.
How do I share my registry with guests?
Copy the link under your registry title to share on your invites, wedding website or on your social media.
How can guests purchase from my registry?
Guests can either purchase online by adding items from your registry directly to their baskets, or they can request to view your registry in store.
How do I know what is being purchased and by who?
Once ready for delivery, we will email you with a list of items that have been purchased from your registry, along with the details of the individuals who have bought them. This will help with your ‘thank-you’ notes to guests later. You can keep track of items that have been purchased from your registry by visiting your registry and observing the ‘Sold’ banner assigned to products.
How can I find a registry?
Use our registries search function and search by either the name or surname of the individual. This will return the most appropriate results.
How do I close my registry?
Once your event is over we will contact you to close the registry.
