Much like Le Creuset, Banneton Bakery & Café is the result of passion and artisan craft. This recent addition to PE’s thriving café society boasts an unpretentious menu with a wonderfully warm atmosphere – making it the perfect venue for one of Le Creuset’s highly popular dinner & demo events!
On October 31st, guests were invited to experience the rustic charm of Chefs Mark Malan and Brad Paul’s intimate bakery, with the hands-on owners demonstrating an authentically Gallic-themed menu of French Onion Soup, Coq au Vin, and Classic Vanilla Crème Brulee. We can hardly think of a better way to capture the essence of Le Creuset’s heritage!
Guests had an amazing time watching these artisan bakers at work, sharing tips on how to whip up a feast in Le Creuset’s various ranges – including bread-making in a Signature Oval Casserole. A fun evening was had by all, with like-minded individuals indulging in a shared passion for good food and beautiful cookware!
